The TeleHelp representatives are contracted and trained by the TeleHelp Training Program. In the rare situation in which you identify a problem that our operator cannot resolve by telephone, we will do what is necessary to resolve the problem immediately. This could involve a visit by our technicians.

In the case of energy failure, the TeleHelp panel has an internal battery that needs no maintenance. It will maintain your system functioning for a period of 12 to 20 hours. Before the battery runs out, the panel sends a “low battery” signal to 24h Central Assistance to advise that the equipment will be soon out of work. A TeleHelp operator will call you to advise about the condition of your battery and provide a substitute.

Yes, the panel should be tested at least once a month. The test instructions are included in the manual that comes with the equipment.
