Terms and Conditions of TeleHelp Home Service:
- This service is only available to the client when an emergency is characterized by Telehelp’s attendants or medical staff.
- In situations where an emergency is not detected attendants or TeleHelp’s medical staff may, at their own discretion decide whether or not to send an ambulance to the customer’s residence.
- The time it takes for the ambulances to arrive at the customer’s residence may vary according to the time of day, day of the week and weather conditions at the time of the emergency request.
- This service is not automatically available to the client when he simply activates the Emergency Button. A previous assessment of the client’s situation will always be made by Telehelp’s attendants and medical staff before an ambulance is sent to your residence.
