- For reasons of security and quality control, all telephone calls and internal images are recorded 24h a day, 365 days a year;
- The 24h Central Assistance is totally digital. This means we do not have files or records of clients that need to be consulted when an alarm signal is received. Upon receiving the signal the record of the client automatically appears on the computer screen making the emergency service easier and faster;
- We have the “No Break” (an emergency energy supply);
- We have a diesel generator;
- Client management software recognized by the American UL (Underwriting Laboratories) and holder of ISO 9001;
- Daily automatic backup system of client information (local and remote).
