To use our exclusive services it is necessary to install a TeleHelp Panel in your home. Together with the panel a Personal Emergency Button is given to the client, which can be used as a necklace or as a bracelet.

Equipamento TeleHelp

The TeleHelp Panel uses your telephone line to send emergency signals to the 24 Central Assistance. So, the equipment:

  • it is small (can be placed, for example, on a night table);
  • it is easy to use;
  • it is easy and fast to install;
  • it is not necessary to drill into the wall, glue cables or modify anything in your hous.

TeleHelp uses equipment of the highest technology to offer 24h assistance in anyr circunstance. That is, even if there is lack of energy in your home, our equipment has specific resources to deal with these situation, always assuring immediate help when you need it. Check some of these resources below:

  • Lack of energy – in case of a fall of energy in your home, an emergency battery installed internally in the TeleHelp Panel will be automatically put into action. Apart from this, our Central Monitoring Station receives an alert call when the battery is running low.
  • Disconnection of energy or telephone cables – TeleHelp emits a light and sound warning in the case of accidental cable disconnection.
  • Detection of absence at home – TeleHelp Panel can be programmed requiring the client to press a button every 12 hours, in this way informing that he is in healthy. On the contrary, the panel sends an absence signal to the 24 Central Assistance to initiate emergency procedures.
  • Medicine Advice – the panel allows the pre programming of 08 (eight) daily alarms to remind the client to take their medicine.
